Vision, Mission, and Goals
Vision
We all aim to be supportive, motivated, and high performing team members. And where we not only succeed academically but also we work hard on developing skills in our collaboration,leadership and applying organization behaviors principles to our day to day challenges.
Mission
We want to achieve this by valuing each one of our member's strengths, holding each one of us accountable, and also being consistent with communication respectfulness, and always improving.
Goals
- Building strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Applying organizational behavior concepts in helpful and beneficial ways
- Supporting each other's learning thought active participation and helpful feedback
- Delivering high quality work that reflects our effects, accuracy, and creativity
Team Roles and Responsibilities
Project Manager - Abigail
In charge of setting realistic and achievable goals, identifying the task at hand and how to navigate it, making sure that deadlines are met and followed in a timely order, and guides the team members through problems that arise.
Theory Expert - Ashton B & Ashton H
In charge of providing in depth and stimulating content, while ensuring accuracy and providing the team with opportunities to engage in critical thinking.
Writing Expert - Eric
In charge of organizing the texts, synthesizing texts, and editing team content to ensure that everything is easy to understand, smooth, and accurate.
APA Expert - Sean
In charge of checking citations to confirm that the authors of all information used are credited, references are properly typed and used on the reference page, all citations and references are properly formatted, and to make sure that plagiarism is avoided and corrected.
Teamwork Expert - Abigail
In charge of tracking progress from each team member and the group as a whole, sends reminders in a timely manner to allow each group member to finish their duties for the day, suggests improvements for the group ranging in different sectors of the team, and fuels collaboration and teamwork with all of the group members.
Checklist Auditor- Ava
In charge of reviewing the Team Charter page and comparing it to the assignment checklist provided.
Quality control - Connor
In charge of reviewing the material uploaded by the group to ensure that it passes all policies and requirements set, verifies that instructions were followed, and that past feedback is applied to new submissions and ideas by the group.
Designer - Abigail
In charge of recommending fresh and compelling ways to enhance the visual perception of the content provided. Creating outline for each assignment and also adding and fixing any needed pictures of fonts that is needed.
Group Norms
Participation
We encourage everyone in the group to participate as much as they can, with their current schedules, and strive for equal participation among each other.
Quality
All of our teams work reflects best efforts, accuracy, and clear writing. If quality isn't the best the team may make kind and respectful suggestions about it.
Accountability
If someone is struggling to meet a deadline, they communicate to the group for help about it early. Everyone is here to help and mostly doesn't mind to if they have a notice about it.
Conflict
Conflicts will be address directly and fairly, unresolved issues will be brought up to the group in a whole.
Feedback
We will provide constructive, respectful and helpful feedback and will revise when needed.
Adaptability
Our charter will be reviewed and updated as needed.
